MY STORY

I knew early on that I didn’t want to engage with the world in the way I was conditioned to. I grew up in one of the richest towns in the world as the daughter of school teachers. I saw a lot of wealth in my community—but not a lot of happiness, integrity, or positive influence. I learned first-hand that we aren’t lacking in resources; we are lacking in alignment in how those resources and that privilege are shared.

After a few short years in the corporate world, I realized that chasing a 9-to-5 version of “success” would never fulfill me. I left to become a licensed art therapist, working in social services and family therapy. I gave everything I had to my clients—but eventually, I burnt out, confronting the truth that I was playing an unwinnable game: trying to fix the symptoms of systemic challenges like poverty, racism, sexism, and unresolved generational trauma.

I knew that real change had to be both systemic and personal. It would take a village of awakened women, purpose-driven leaders, and social entrepreneurs to shift these systems and “lift all boats.”  This realization inspired me to found Right Brain Entrepreneur, a company designed to empower business owners and companies with the tools to think differently, activate sustainable and accelerated growth, and create social change.

Over the last 14+ years, my mission has grown to integrate healing and action. I returned to my therapeutic roots, expanded into mind-body modalities that helped me transform my own chronic pain, and deepened my work in trauma. Today, I wear many hats—therapist, master-level coach, and facilitator of leadership and personal transformation—but they are all part of the same purpose:  Helping people heal, break generational cycles, and lead lives of alignment, impact, and joy.

I’ve coached thousands of clients, spoken to audiences from intimate workshops to large executive stages, and led multiple group training programs. More importantly, I’ve built a business and life on my terms—one that allows for rest, yoga, and travel, the joy of singing with an award-winning  A capella chorus, and building diverse, connected communities through social justice advocacy.

My life’s work is to help people navigate change in a way that is authentic, aligned, and sustainable—so they can break generational cycles, reclaim their voice, and step fully into the impactful lives they were meant to live.
